1. What is the address?

We are located in Atlanta (Riverdale), GA, the exact address is received at the time of booking in your confirmation email, to eliminate any drop-bys.  We are by appointment only.

2. How do I reschedule my appointment?

Your appointment can be rescheduled 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, CONTACT US using the contact form with the date and time you want (please check the schedule to make sure that time is available for the style you prefer) and we will happily reschedule your appointment.

3. What happens to my deposit if I don’t show up for my appointment?

The $35 deposit is to hold your appointment, if you do not call or email 48 hours before your appointment to let us know you will not be able to make it, your deposit then acts as a cancellation fee for not giving your stylist enough time to fill your time slot.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. Please call us at (404)618-3086 during business hours or CONTACT US using the contact form to cancel or reschedule appointments. Remember, Cancellations or rescheduling can be done 48 hours prior to your appointment, at that point your $35 deposit will be refunded or used towards a rescheduled appointment. If you do not call or email 48 hours before your appointment to let us know you will not be able to make it, your deposit then acts as a cancellation fee, and will not be refunded.

5. How do I know if my appointment successfully booked?

If your appointment was successfully booked you should immediately receive a confirmation email, if you don’t receive a confirmation email with the date and time you booked the appointment, then more than likely you did not complete the booking process.  Please try again.

6. What if I don’t have a Paypal account?

You don’t have to have a Paypal account to make a deposit, during the booking process when you are directed to paypal, look for the link that says click here if you do not have a Paypal account, when you click on the link it should reveal a form for you to enter your name and account information securely on the Paypal site without having to sign up for a Paypal account.

7. Do you have different rates for children?

Yes, if the child is 11 and under, the rates are usually about $10-$20 cheaper than regular prices. Please contact us for more specific prices for children based on the hairstyle.

8. Do you do children’s hair under 5 years old?

No, your child should be at least 7 years old.

9. How long does my hair have to be to get it braided?

Your hair should be at least 3 inches long.

10. I don’t see the date I want? Are you available?

Maybe. The online schedule is open 30 days in advance, this means you will not be able to book an appointment that is more than 30 days away from the current date. Today’s Date: 10/19/2017 Online Schedule Open Until: 11/18/2017 If it is not showing up as available on the calendar then that date is not available for the style you want.

11. When you get a cancellation does it show up on the calendar?

Yes, the online calendar will update when an appointment is removed.

12. Do you have a cancellation list, and how do I get on it?
